01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lillian Ngonoi website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

02Products & Services

Lillian Ngonoi sells digital products (eBooks in PDF and EPUB formats, and audiobooks) and physical products (printed books). All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

03Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products (eBooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly via:

• A direct download link on the order confirmation page
• An email with download instructions sent to your registered email address
• Access through your My Library dashboard (for account holders)

For security reasons, downloads are typically limited to 5 attempts per purchase. If you exceed this limit, contact support and we will reset it for you.

04Physical Product Shipping

Physical books are shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery within Kenya takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

05Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) by default, with USD available for international customers. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners, including M-Pesa and major card gateways. We do not store your full card details or M-Pesa PIN.

06Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products: We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your eBook or audiobook purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days if the book is in its original, unmarked condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including books, audiobooks, blog posts, videos, podcasts, graphics, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Lillian Ngonoi and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our digital products
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

09Affiliate / Referral Programme

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated at the rate published on the Affiliate Dashboard. Payouts are processed monthly once the commission balance reaches the minimum threshold. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent or suspicious activity.

10User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Lillian Ngonoi provides content for educational and personal development purposes. Our books, articles, and resources are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
